We provide complimentary round-trip pick-up and drop-off in our custom 4x4 safari jeeps from all hotels, resorts, safari lodges, and villas located across Tissamaharama, Palatupana (Yala buffer zone), Kirinda, and Kataragama.

We only need your preferred safari date, preferred session (Morning 06:00 AM – 10:00 AM, Afternoon 02:30 PM – 06:00 PM, or Full Day 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM), party size (adults & children), and your hotel name for morning pickup.

We offer flexible, secure payment options. You can pay online in advance via credit or debit card, or settle directly with our desk coordinator upon arrival in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or USD. For Department of Wildlife Conservation (DWC) park permits, we can either arrange them in advance on your behalf or guide you through gate ticketing.

In addition to game drives, our logistics team coordinates air-conditioned private car and van transfers across Sri Lanka—including direct airport pick-ups from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) or Mattala Rajapaksa Airport (HRI), and intercity transfers from Ella, Mirissa, Tangalle, Galle, and Kandy.

Every safari booked with Discoveryala is 100% private. We never combine strangers into a shared jeep. You and your party have exclusive use of the elevated 4x4 safari vehicle and your assigned senior naturalist tracker.

We offer hassle-free booking flexibility. If your travel plans change, you can reschedule your safari date free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. In the event of unexpected severe weather closures by park authorities, full refunds or immediate date swaps are provided.
